Silverstone has always been known to be dramatic. It always is action-packed and we can witness some good motor racing.

Lights out and even all 20 cars could get into turn 1, the session was red-flagged and the session was stopped. There was a massive incident involving multiple cars. Zhou went flying upside down and into the safety net. Alex Albon suffered multiple hits as well. Both were taken to the medical centre and declared fit. Thanks to the halo which saved Zhou's life.

Before the session was re-flagged, the entire grid order was changed. Max took the lead of the race and a few other drivers already gained a couple of spots. But for the re-start, it was the qualifying grid since not a single lap was completed.

During the re-start, Carlos Sainz took the lead of the race. Charles and Checo made contact which resulted in Charles losing a part of his front wing. Lap 10 Sainz goes a little wide and Max takes full advantage and takes the lead. That lead only lasts for a couple of laps, when Max ran over a few debris and ends up getting a puncture and drops down to p6. Lap 21, is a nightmare for Alfa Romeo as Bottas retires due to a technical issue. A double DNF for them.

Lap 39, a safety car is triggered Ocon reports an issue and stops right in the straights, a few meters away from Copse.

Lap 43, Sainz blows off team orders and retakes the lead of the race, while a frustrated Leclerc takes off his anger when the team didn't pit him under the safety car, while others pitted for a fresh set of tyres.

Lap 45, we got to witness some incredible racing. s Leclerc and Perez were fighting fo P2, through goes Hamilton and keeps his P2 position for a few moments when Perez and Leclerc retake their position from Hamilton.

Lap 48, Sir Lewis Hamilton fights off Leclerc and takes P3. Lap 52, Carlos Sainz comes home to win the British Grand Prix followed by Perez in P2 and back on the podium, Sir Lweis taking up the final podium positions.

The 2022 British Grand Prix was indeed an action-packed one with so much good racing. Next up Austira.
