Italian Grand always holds a special place in all our hearts. It is even more remarkable when a Ferrari driver takes the pole and wins the race. Charles did just that. Taking his 8th pole of the F1 career, Charles becomes the first Ferrari driver to take pole in Monza after Micheal Schumacher in 2004. We can all imagine how emotional this pole means to him and Ferrari.
Ferrari is running a special livery this weekend in Monza to celebrate their 75 years of racing. A win would be a cherry on top.

Monza is known as the Temple of Speed. This track provides a lot of overtaking opportunities. That is one of the reasons why many teams decided to take multiple penalties this weekend. Yuki, Carlos and Sir Lewis will be sent to the back of the grid for taking new engines. While Ocon and Verstappen have a 5-place grid penalty. Perez has a 10-place grid penalty. Kevin, Bottas and Mick have a 15-place grid penalty. With all the grid penalties in place, the starting for tomorrow will be a huge mess.
Although Max and Carlos qualified 2nd and 3rd, they will be serving their respective penalties. So George Russell who qualified P6 will be locked in the front row alongside our home hero.
Monza is always a very special place to debut, Nyke De Vries, who replaced Sebastian Vettel for FP1 this weekend will be replacing Alex Albon who got diagnosed with Appedicites and has undergone a small surgery. He is doing well and will be back on track in Singapore.
It is going to be a very tough and entertaining ace tomorrow. Will the hometown will be able to win like he did in 2019 or will Max take charge in turn one? We will have to wait and find out.
