Russell starts from P12 after a three-place grid penalty for causing a collision with Sainz during the sprint qualifying. Meanwhile, Sergio Perez starts from the pitlane as his car went through some major changes after the spin sprint.

Max goes flying into the trap and crashes.
Leclerc now takes the lead of the race as Lewis has some damage due to the contact with Max.

Brief yellow flag in sector 2 as Sebastian Vettel spun around into the grass.
He did pick up some damage but was on the track quickly.
Car 44 was under investigation for the collision with Car 33 in lap 2
Lewis was handed a 10 seconds time penalty for the collision.
