Lap 1 Lightsout and Charles was already ahead of Max.
It was indeed a dramatic lap for Zhou. He went straight into the grass after having contact with Pierre Gasly as Gasly suffered a right-front puncture.
The safety car was deployed.
By the end of lap 4, the safety car was in and the race is on.
Lap 8 Checo blasted past KMag and claimed that P4 with help from DRS.
Lap 14, Sainz blasts past Danny Ric and into P5
Lap 20, Max with DRS finally catches Leclerc takes the lead. Max wins the sprint race followed by Leclerc in P2 and Checo in P3.
Even though Leclerc was leading the entire race, Max caught up with him in the final lap. It's still a front-row start for Charles. Winning on home turf is very important for both Ferraris here. The high expectations from everyone especially Tifosis are huge pressure on Charles and Sainz. Will Ferrari be able to take the lead and win their home race? We have to wait and find out.
