It is the inaugral Miami Grand Prix and the paddock is filled with legendary starts and sports personalities. From Sereana Williams and Pharrell Williams, everyone is in the paddock.
Althouhg 60% of rain was predicted for the race, it was pretty warm and sunny just in time for the race.
It's lights out and away we go, Charles got a wonderful start and help his P1 but Carlos had a slow reaction and Max was already ahead of Carlos before they could even get into turn one.
It was looking good for Charles until Lap 9 when DRS was enabled and Max took over the lead.
Lap 10, Zhou had to retire his ar due to some technical issues, that was his end of his first ever US grand prix.
Lap 18, Checo in P4 putting pressure on Carlos for P3 but Sainz held off and defendant Checo until the end.
The race was not a hyped as it was but until lap 41 when Lando and Gasly made contact in turn 14 , which triggered a safety car, things got pretty interesting after that.
Lando suffered a huge shunt and had to retire while Gasly did get some damaged and ended up retiring well.
Lap 47/57 we are racing again and Max got away quicky with Leclerc right behind his tail. Mick was having an amazing race and in P9 and on his way to get his first points of his F1 season. But Lap 54, He collided with Vettel and both of them went outside the points streaks. Vettel had to reite due to damage and Mick dropped down to the bottom of the charts.
Max Vertsappen wins the Minauguraliami GP with both Ferraris scoring double podiumd and still leading both the championships.
But the race was not over yet, Alonso got a 5 seconds time penalty for causing a collion with Gasly which inturn caused a collion with Lando. Alex Albon took home points for Williams as well. Both Mercedes in top 10 as well, a great day for then indeed.
