Sebastion Vettel went around the Yas Marina circuit for one last lap of his formula one career. With the last 58 laps of his career-ending, Sebastian Vettel has now officially retired as a four-time world champion.

A bittersweet moment for everyone to see our champion retire from a sport that he loves so much and raised an entire generation along with him.


To remember and pay tribute to our dearest Sebastian Vettel, here is a small rundown on his dazzling journey in Formula One.


2006 - Sebastian becomes BMW Sauber's reverse/third driver.

2007 - makes his F1 debut and replaces Robert Kubica who was at that time hospitalized due to a crash in Canada in 2007.

2008 - finally driver for an F1 team, gets his first pole and maiden win in Monza for then Scuderia Torro Rosso now known as Alpha Tauri.

2009 - joins RedBull racing, takes its first pole and wins in China

2010 - wins his first-ever f1 title with RedBull and becomes the Golden Boy of RedBull.

2011 - wins his second world title in Japan and breaks the record for most pole positions secured in a season.

2012 - has a mad recovery comeback drive from last to sixth and wins his third title.

2014 - becomes the first and the only F1 driver in history to win in India and seals his 4th title in India.

2014 - he leaves Red Bull after four titles with them.

2015 - following his idol's footsteps, joins Scuderia Ferrari and wins his first victory in Malaysia.

2015, 2016, 2017 - his amazing title fight with Sir Lewis Hamilton with multiple victories and podiums and runner up in the Championship.

2019 - right before his departure with Ferrari, he wins his final victory with the scuderia in Singapore, his 5th win in Singapore overall and becomes the "Lion" of Singapore.

2020 - his final year with Ferrari.

2021 - joins Aston Martin and takes Aston's first podium in Baku and Hungary. Also he got the Crypto's most over take award in season. His overtake tally was 132 that season.

July 28, 2022 - announces his retirement via his newly created Instagram account.

November 20, 2022 - bid farewell to the sport.

Sebastian Vettel becomes the first driver in F1 history to be given a guard of honor by his fellow racers.

The marks that Sebastia Vettel left in India back in 2013 are still visible and still exist on the Buddha International Circuit.

He still has so much to give to the sport and if Sebasrian decides he misses Formula One and wants to come back, he is always welcome. We will miss you and we will never forget you Seb. For us you will always be The Greatest of All Time.
