The Monaco Qualifying

Monaco quali has been the most important and the most intense quali session in F1. But this year it was a very intense battle between the Ferrari and RedBull. Although the Mercedes of 7time world champion Lewis Hamilton was struggling. In the Q1 SessionRussel, Tsunoda, Alonso, Latifi and Mazzapin were out. Since Mick Schumacher had a crash in the FP3 session, he was ruled out of the qualifying session due to chassis damage, which means he will be starting at the back of the grid.

Q2 session started with both the Ferraris leading the session with Bottas in the mix. Lewis struggled in Q2 as well. Oncon, Ricciardo, Stroll, Raikkonen were out of Q2. Shocking to see former pole-sitter Ricciardo be eliminated in Q2, "I refuse to believe I am that slow", said the 2018 Monaco pole-sitter and winner.

Q3 was one nail bitting session, While everyone was expecting Lewis Hamilton to take pole, Monaco was not in Lewis's favour. With Leclerc setting the fastest lap time with 1:10:346 and with just mere 1 minute to go Versttapan, Sainz, Bottas all went on a flying lap to grab that Monaco pole. But with just 18 seconds left Leclerc turned a little too early in the chicane and kissed the first barrier which left him flying into a crash at the exit of the corner.

The session stopped immediately. Not only did the red flag made other cars return to the pit lane but it also guaranteed Leclerc's pole in his hometown.

If it wasn't for the red flags pole position could have been either for Sainz, Verstappen or Bottas. The red flag left them very angry and unhappy since they were so close to the pole.

While the fight for pole had an unfortunate ending. Norris qualified 5th followed by Gasly in 6th, Hamilton in 7th, Vettel in 8th, Perez in 9th and Giovanazi in 10th.

A very mixed front grid for the Monaco Grand Prix with a lot of unhappy drivers in Qualifying and the rage of Redemption in their eyes. Always expect the unexpected in Formula 1. With that being said who will win the Monaco Grand Prix. Will it be the Ferrari pole sitter Charles or his teammate Carlos, who was very disappointed on Saturday or will it be Max Verstappen's Red Bull flying to pole or Bottas with his Mercedes or will it be anyone else? It's so hard to predict this time. I guess we will have to wait til;l Sunday to find out.

Nevertheless, all the best to all the drivers and may the best man win.
